OSMIS has requested activation codes for all supported schools. If you would like to activate SIMS ParentApp in your school please email support@osmis.co.uk and provide the Microsoft 365 or Google Mail account you would like to use to administer the system. We will respond to your chosen Microsoft or GoogleMail account with a link to activate the admin account. A new browser window will open and you will be asked to sign in.
The Administrator is required to sign in by clicking the relevant account type when an authorisation page will be displayed. Click the Sign In or Accept button to continue. You will be asked for the invite code included in the invitation email (this may automatically be populated).
You will be logged in automatically as an Administrator and directed to the Onboarding Checklist; set the Time Zone to UTC+0:00 and you will be presented with the following screen
The person carrying out upgrades to your SIMS server will need to enter the Client ID and Secret to SIMS Services Manager.
Please click the Send to IT Contact button to send the information to the person responsible for applying your SIMS Updates. They will need this information to configure SIMS Services Manager (the programme on your SIMS Server which sends and receives information from Capita's servers.
