Fileset 3303 corrects the following three validations:
Query 1881: Please check the entry date as the sessions possible indicate that the pupil attended the school during the term prior to this date. If the pupil left and was subsequently readmitted, the query will be accepted by DfE on condition that a suitable explanatory notepad entry is provided.
Error 2500: For pupils on roll, the attendance sessions possible must be greater than or equal to zero.
Error 2520: Please check: sessions possible should not be greater than 150.
The following problems may still remain however:

1900Q: Please check: percentage of new admissions in spring term in school seems high (greater than 30%)
1925Q: Please check: Pupil no longer on roll record should not be submitted if there is no attendance, suspensions, permanent exclusions or learner, AP placement details, learner funding and monitoring support item for the required period.
2500: For pupils on roll, the attendance sessions possible must be greater than or equal to zero.
2502Q: Please check: Zero attendance sessions possible recorded for the pupil in the first half of the summer term. Pupil should only be recorded with zero sessions possible if dually registered and they spent all of the period for which attendance data is being collected at the other registration. This query will be accepted by DfE on condition that a suitable explanatory notepad entry is provided in COLLECT.
2510: For pupils no longer on roll, the attendance sessions possible is missing or invalid.
Please click the button above to download a zip file containing the latest Fileset for use when creating the census return. Please read the instructions below for information on how to unzip the file and import to SIMS.
The file will be downloaded via the button above, if security warnings appear during the download, click Run/Open to proceed.
When this is complete, click unzip (or Extract All Files in Windows File Explorer) to automatically extract the file to a known location.
To import the file, open SIMS with the appropriate access level (System Manager) and import via Tools | Setups | Import Fileset.
In the file location box use the browse button to the right to navigate to known location.
The fileset name will show in the browser, - select it and click Open
The details of file will show, click the Import Fileset button to complete the process.
The Import complete message will appear to indicate successful completion.
Close the screen.
You will need to log out and back into SIMS for this to take effect and the correct fileset number will appear at the top of the return.
