Once you have a SIMS ID account with site administration rights, you can then invite others in school to create their own SIMS ID accounts to access Next Gen software.
As with your user, other users must have an email address flagged as Work and Main in SIMS 7 to be invited. Once they have accepted their invitation they will be able to access SNG with permissions to access data inherited from those set in SIMS 7.
