Although it could simply be that the update you require has not been released to you, please could you check the below prior to contacting the Service Desk

Please could you check the following to ensure these updates are not being hidden from your view:

  1. Ensure that your SOLUS 3 environment has been setup for the relevant product. Load up the SOLUS 3 UI - Go to Environment | Targets - Ensure the relevant product, i.e. SIMS - Has been defined for all the settings. SOLUS 3 will by default hide updates which are not required and it will use your environments settings to determine this.

  2. In the SOLUS 3 UI | Upgrades | Update Library - Ensure there is not a filter set 

  3. In the SOLUS 3 UI | Upgrades | Update Library  - Ensure the box is ticked for Show All Updates - SOLUS 3 will by default hide all updates not required according to the version of your database. i.e. If you are on the latest release of SIMS and your SIMS database version reflects this, you will not see historical versions of SIMS updates - If after ticking this box you see an update which you do require and it should not be hidden, i.e. you are not on the latest release of SIMS yet the latest release has been hidden - This would indicate the SOLUS 3 has not been able to determine a version for your SIMS database
