LIMITS OF SUPPORT

We at OSMIS have more experience than most in the installation and configuration of SIMS servers and workstations and manage installation and upgrades across hundreds of sites.

Many factors (including physical and network configuration, hardware maintenance, access rights, group policy, anti-virus, internet connections and so on and over which we have no control) can impact the good running of the system and whilst we will always be there to support you or your nominated technical representative they should ensure that they have referred to the documentation linked to the left and are familiar with the technical aspects of the MIS.
