Schools on the spring release of SIMS may find that they cannot import CTFs generated by schools already updated to the summer release with an error message ‘missing or invalid core data’.

If you get this message, please call on the service desk who will be able to assist

The solutions available at the moment are either:

1 - Edit the CTF to replace the <Sex> tag with <Gender>

2 - Upgrade to the summer release
