Run the * Staff emails report and review the output in Excel – carry out the following checks and update records in SIMS as necessary

  1. Check for duplicate staff records

  2. Check that all staff start dates and leaving dates are recorded correctly

  3. Check that all email addresses are valid and contain no typos

  4. Check that all staff who are to access the system have a school email address

    1. correctly recorded in the Primary email column

    2. and that the email_address in column G is flagged as the main email address by a T in column H
