From April 1st schools are free to take SIMS support services from any approved provider. We believe that our services are amongst the best (and best value) available. If you do wish to take support elsewhere, we’d love to hear why.

Unless a school asks otherwise, we will send invoices out April 1st with 30 day terms.

All of our SLAs run for a 12 month period, however we will refund any unused portion should the school cease to use our services

OSMIS, independent and with decades of experience, is ideally placed to help to ensure that schools ask the right questions and make the right decision. We urge schools to involve us at an early stage of the decision making process.

OSMIS is an accredited support partner for the Arbor system and is well placed to ensure that the move to Arbor is as successful as possible. If you are thinking of moving to Arbor, please get in touch as early as possible so that we can work with you at every stage throughout the move.

We have great relationships with a variety of other system providers. However we do not feel that able to provide support meeting our quality standards unless we have a significant number of schools using a system. We obviously keep this under review and remain in regular discussions with Bromcom, IRIS, Juniper and others.
