This one day course provides a useful overview of the procedures required in order to maintain an effective school timetable.

It helps the staff with responsibility of maintaining the school timetable to understand the procedures for maintaining the timetable over the entirety of an academic year.

• adding additional teachers/TAs to classes
• creating alternative curriculum activities
• allocating non-teaching time i.e. PPA etc. to teachers

• how to send timetable changes from Nova –T to SIMS.

Who is it for?

Administrative staff or timetablers with responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of the timetable. This course is also suitable for those new to the role.
